Understand how your work will be priced before it begins. From a small repair to a larger restoration project, scope and pricing are discussed and agreed upon in advance.
Service & repair work
$90 per hour
2-hour minimum · $180
The standard rate for new customers applies to repairs, troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and smaller jobs where the scope may evolve as work progresses.
Local travel within the standard PBR Solutions service area is included.
Larger projects
Priced by the total project
Larger projects receive a project-based estimate. The agreed price covers the defined scope of work rather than the number of hours required to complete it.
Multi-day work, restoration, property improvements, and projects involving multiple trades or contractor coordination are generally quoted this way.
Free estimates
There is no charge to discuss your project, review the scope of work, and provide an estimate for proposed work. The service-call minimum and the travel charges below apply to work visits, not free estimate visits.
Travel charges
Local travel is included. For service visits requiring extended travel, the following charges may apply and will be confirmed before work begins.

Trip charges help cover travel time, fuel, and vehicle operating costs. For larger projects, travel may be incorporated into the overall project price rather than charged separately.
What goes into a project price?
Project pricing considers the scope and complexity of the work, labor, materials and supplies, specialty equipment, travel, contractor or trade coordination, site conditions and accessibility, and project duration.
Your estimate identifies the proposed scope and the total project price.
Materials & procurement
Materials may be supplied by the customer or sourced by PBR Solutions. Any applicable procurement, delivery, or material-handling costs will be identified in the estimate or discussed and agreed upon before they are incurred.
Changes to the scope
If you request additional work or unforeseen conditions change the original scope, the additional work and associated cost will be discussed and agreed upon before that work proceeds.
