Founder Raul Valenzuela brings years of hands-on experience in residential repair, renovation, restoration, accessibility modifications, and property improvement. His background includes everything from drywall, tile, flooring, and finish work to coordinating plumbing, waterproofing, demolition, and larger renovation projects.
Raul’s approach is different from that of a traditional handyman service. He looks at the entire problem, determines what actually needs to be done, and then puts together the right solution—whether that means doing the work himself or coordinating with trusted licensed professionals when a project requires a specialized trade.

Raul also incorporates artificial intelligence into the PBR Solutions workflow, using AI as a practical tool to evaluate projects, research materials and methods, develop solutions, and generate preliminary estimates in real time.
From a few measurements, photographs, and project details, PBR can quickly develop material quantities, labor projections, alternative approaches, and preliminary cost ranges—often while still discussing the project with the client. AI does not replace hands-on experience or professional judgment; it enhances them, allowing PBR Solutions to respond faster, explore options more efficiently, and give clients useful information earlier in the decision-making process.
